User Testing 101
How might we get our stakeholders more comfortable with rapid iteration and ongoing user testing?
As a part of the Gannett Design leadership team, we realized that many of our colleagues did not truly understand the value of user testing.
This report was presented to multiple audiences over the course of a year to encourage internal and external stakeholder teams to integrate prototype testing into their product design processes. As a result, we saw a huge increase in the number of tests conducted, and a decrease in bug fixes or re-builds.
